We work closely with them as they prepare your job to ensure that it is printed to our specifications.
Now you no longer have to worry about finding a local print shop that’ll print your gorgeous design, and for how much— you can just have Vita Opus take care of it, and ship it to you directly.

There would still be a charge for our time in file preparation and submission.

We do not accept returns on printed material, unless there has been a printing error on the job.
These will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

It varies from job to job. Typically, there is about a week in-production and then about another week for standard ground shipping.
This is all dependent on the type of shipping you select when you proceed with a print job.
Rush production is available in some cases, but not always.

Absolutely. We will chat back and forth about several different options when it comes to printing, production, and shipping. Once we’re on the same page, we will send you an estimate which you can then sign off on, and submit payment for.
Once payment is received, we will get to work on submitting your job to the printers.
All jobs are shipped directly to you.
