Event marketing
and planning?
Yep, we can do both.

A large group of people gathering at an outdoor event with tables and chairs, under a tent, with palm trees in the background.

Let’s say you want to bring Vita Opus onboard to work on some graphic design projects for your annual event. You’re hoping to increase attendance by a certain percentage, blah blah blah…

Suddenly, out of nowhere, your event planning committee or event planner has fallen through. They can’t make the dates work any longer. What are you going to do?

You are in luck because Vita Opus has a specific skill-set that is tailored to event planning and marketing. Not only can we promote an event, we can also plan it for you— we’re a Jack of all trades in that respect.

Please note: This service is on a very limited basis and is subject for review before accepting.

We take communication and organization seriously.

Two event schedules for a dental conference in January 2019. The left schedule is titled 'General Session' with a list of presentations, times, speakers, and locations. The right schedule is titled 'Live Podcast Tent' with podcast times, hosts, and locations. Both have a blue header with the date and detailed program information.

Two very important skills that make an excellent event planner: communication and organization. This is something Vita Opus prides itself on, especially when hosting an event.

We have many examples of how crystal clear communication and serious organization can be illustrated on a design level— which is especially helpful if you’re a visual person (most of us are!)

We know how to get people pumped up about an event.

A conference or seminar with many attendees seated at tables and a large screen displaying the words 'VOICES OF DENTISTRY.'

A big part of event marketing is to start early, and give people a reason to get excited. But the promotion doesn’t stop once you’ve sold some tickets, and it especially doesn’t stop once you’ve sold out!

If your event is in Janaury, and you’re selling tickets in October— that’s three months of promotion you have to fill. That’s three months to keep people excited about your event, and to keep educating people about the daily agenda, speakers, and sponsorships.

Vita Opus knows how to get people pumped up about attending an upcoming event by strategically scheduling social media posts, announcements, and handling sponsorship relationships.
