Artificial Intelligence is the most controversial topic in today’s graphic design industry. Actually it’s controversial in many industries, not just graphic design. AI is responsible for taking away so many jobs and opportunities away from artists. The more our society is complicit with this, the quicker we’re going to see artists disappear because no one will believe they should be paid for their work.

Let me make one thing clear: Artists deserve to be paid, period.

Art— to be artistic— is a uniquely human quality. When you have AI render images and call it art, you are removing the humanity from said “art.” The human mind and creative soul is what makes art uniquely human.

You will never see Vita Opus engage in AI-generated imagery.
